Dear esteemed members,
I am 2014 passed out MSW HR fresher from Chennai. My passion is to become a hard core HR in the Manufacturing sector or IT sector or service sector. At present i am looking for a job in Bangalore in the above sectors. I have posted my Resumes in various job portals as well. As a reply i get openings in Consultancy firms which is not my interest at all. Dear respected members can any one suggest me is it good to start my career in the consultancy firm as I eagerly look forward to become a hard core HR in my career life?
Will my work experience in the consultancy firm add any value to my career life?
And also please suggest me if there is any opening as per my expectation.
Please help me to start my career.
Thanking in advance

Dear R.RAJESH KUMAR,
I do agree with views expressed by Mr.B.V.Raja, at initial stage of your career you can join any consultancy firm. It may defiantly will add value to your career in HR. After having one year of experience in recruitment you can switch to Core HR.
Hope this helps.
