Hello everyone,
This is Jiya from Mumbai.... i am new on cite hr i have few queries so i need help from you all seniors, I am a BMS graduate passed out in 2013
then suddenly got an opportunity to work as an HR in a leading BPO, i worked their for almost 6 months then i left due to some issues, but i really liked the HR profile where i was doing the recruitment used to shortlist the resumes from job portals conducts the telephonic interviews,preparing offer letter etc. I want to pursue my career in HR,i cant go for Post graduation because the fees are really high, i want to know some short term course in HR so that i can enter into a Corporate world i know experience is mandate but still i can give a try if not in corporate but at least in a reputed firm.............
Please provide some good suggestions so that i can make my future bright..........

Please do Dip.in Training & Development with ISTD Mumbai, and at the same time do MBA wit Pondichery University. The notification will come in May-2014 . Regards Dr P V Swamy

Dear Mr.Jiya Khan,
There are some short term courses like PG Dip. in PMIR, PG Dip. in HRM, HRD, Dip. in Labour Law courses are available in universities and some institutes.
Please search the course which is available in TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Deonar, Mumbai also and search nearby university.

You can do one year Diploma courses in IR & PM. Many universities/Institutes are conducting the said course (Regular/correspondence) courses. Fees structure also affordable.
