As my HR working experiences, the emerging issues in HRM for any organization are mostly hinged on effectively employee performance appraisal, training and development, talent management, organizational culture and many more but less focused.
If you plan to do HR project, I think you should think of the given issues and select one and then list out what characteristics/components of the issue and collect fact data proven and make analysis. It is better to choose an specific organization for your HR projects.
