I am working on a research project as part of my college curriculum.
The research project is about use of assessment tool in selecting fresh engineering graduates for IT jobs by IT service companies.
I want to find out what are the technical and non-technical skills tested using assessment tool by IT service companies.
I would be highly obliged if recruiters in IT service companies can give their valuable inputs.

There are number of skills to be tested for an IT Job. I think Mettl.com can help you. It provides number of question banks with questions across C, C#, JAVA, HTML and many more.
