Hi Experts.
I am working on a research project as part of my college curriculum.
The research project is about use of assessment tool in selecting fresh engineering graduates for IT jobs by IT service companies.
I want to find out what are the technical and non-technical skills tested using assessment tool by IT service companies.
I would be highly obliged if recruiters in IT service companies can give their valuable inputs.
There is one very small survey which you can fill by clicking on below link :
I would be extremely happy to take the views of recruiters in IT service companies.
This is my first post here on CiteHR. So I apologise if it was lengthy or too time consuming.

Hello Omkar,
There are number of skills to be tested for an IT Job. I think Mettl.com can help you. It provides number of question banks with questions across C, C#, JAVA, HTML and many more. They have Pre-built Psychometric assessments as well for testing non-technical skills of the candidates. Here is the link: Pre-built Tests- Mettl

Hi Hina.
Thanks for your response. But I am looking from an industry perspective as to what technical and non-technical attributes they test in fresh engineering graduates through assessment tools.
