Greetings to Everyone,
I wanted to know what will be the process and documentation a small co. have to perform if they want to hire an intern for summer internship?
what are the points one should have to keep in mind while preparing offer letter for intern?
what documents intern have to submit in co. and what will be the certification in the end of internship from co. side.?
Also what is today's scenario - how much stipend co. should pay and what other allowances should be paid?

Dear Mr. Atul,
Documents you can take from the applicant are as below:
1) Resume
2) Letter from his college that he can join any Organisation, it can be NOC or a request letter.
3) ID proof
4) Atleast two passport size photograph.
If interns are BBA or MBA student he/she will submitt one copy of their project report.
As far as stripen is concern some companies heir intern free of cost. Some simply pay 2000 / 4000 Rs. as their conveyance reimbursement and some pay good amount as 8000 - 12000 Rs.
If profile assigned to them is of sales & Marketing actual conveyance and mobile reimbursement must be kept in mind to reimburse.
They must be entitle for atleast two days leaves in a month.
Tenure must be fixed before joining.
