Dear Nedaria,
When Your legal liability to employment accident is fully covered by the WC Policy you've taken in respect of the contract labour, I think it is suffice. However, people well-versed in Insurance Laws may throw more light.

WC Policy,is an insurance Policy that stands legal to coverage in case of Places where there is No esic cover. However apart from this statutory requirement, it will be beneficial for the employees to have PA insurance.

Workmen Compensation Policy is an insurance policy for contract labour that stands
legal coverage in places where no ESIC cover is available or applicable.
This is a statutory requirement.
