I have joined an organisation this month only as Executive HR.
CEO of the company had asked me to write an ASSET MANAGEMENT POLICY ( for laptop, data card, cellphones, headsets etc.)
Can anyone please share some policies on the same .
It will be a great help for me.

By the way, what is your designation? Management of Fixed Asset Register (FAR) is the Store's responsibility. Secondly, you need to have an asset codification manual also. You need to develop this manual in-house. To develop this manual, you need to form a committee comprising personnel from Purchase, Technical/Ops, Commercial, Administration, Finance/Accounts etc.
