Not relieving before notice period
Hi i am working in one of the mnc company in hyderabad and 2 months notice period. actually i got an offer from a company but they are asking me to join within 7 days else offer will be cancelled. i allready served 1 month notice period in the present company. i discussed with project manger and hr but they are not allowing to relieve immediatly. as per the offer letter clause mentioned as if i wish to resign and do not want to serve the notice period then i require to pay salary of the notice period to the company. and the company rerserves the rights to make this decision. but my manager not ready to releive even i told i am reay to pay the salary. please help me.
No compensation towards the notice period
I am working as senior software engineer in an mnc for the past 4 months. in my offer letter it is mentioned that \"company is not liable to pay any compensation towards the notice period\". does it mean i wont be getting any salary. i need to serve 2 months notice period. is it legal for the company not to pay compensation when its employees are working during the notice period?

I am working in a mnc and want to leave the company in month while my notice priod is 3 months. in my offer letter point under notice period says as follows. if you intend to leave the services of the company you are required to give 90 days prior notice in writing or notice pay in lieu thereof and viceversa. the acceptance of notice pay if you intend to leave early shall be at the sole discretion of the management. now company is forcing me to serve 90 days notice period and not agree to buy out option. please help me out.

Hello citehr team i am writing to seek an advice which can make or break me. i can explain the full story however to cut things short i was worked with an it company / mnc for 6 months and resigned however due to certain reasons i was not in a position to serve the notice period. i discussed the same with my manager to which he did not agree.hence left the company by writing an email to my manager. after long email chains with the hr i received the letter of termination from the company. i checked can i pay for the shortfall of the notice period to which they said i have to pay for the number of days of the shortfall as per my gross ctc. now i want to join other companies which may or may not be a mnc. all the people i am approaching are saying you should have relieving letter. first thing i want to understand is have i absconded from the company? secondly i know i have made a mistake by not serving the complete notice period however is this such a big mistake that i cannot get a job offer from any mnc now? due to this fear i have stopped applying to the companies now. am i blacklisted or can be blacklisted? some said remove the experience of the company from the resume. if i do that the gap now becomes 1 year. as i joined a course and did my certification. please suggest.
Stucked between bond and notice period!
Dear sir i am working in mid level it consulting firm and had signed the bond with the company for 1 year which will end in november 2014 and company has policy of 3 months notice period. however i am getting the very good opportunity in mnc and want to change the job any how. i am worried if i pay the company the bond amount will they relieve me immediately or they will also demand the notice period. i can t wait for the time of 3 months to join the new firm or else i may lose opportunity. please guide me in case they tell me serve 3 months notice and pay the bond amount both. thanks and regards
