Job profile - Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs. Responsible for HR, IR and administration for the entire organisation. Training : Design, develops and implements manager and staff development programs that support the organization’s succession plan
h) Plan and monitor training budget.
i) Design management development training programs, contact with outside consultants.
