Thank you for your private message. I am rather surprised that a MCom student admits that (s)he has no knowledge of preparing a questionnaire. Before giving you some direction, I would like to pose some questions, the answers to which will help us to guage the extent of help sought.
Please let us know where you are studying and in which mode?
Kindly also tell us whether you have attended a course on Research Methodology or not?
Have you read any scholarly articles on the web/library or not?
If not, why not?
