I would like to add and suggest for direct sales person, firstly prepare job description properly in a short and clean manner with all basic requirements needed. do specify particular skills and experience needed. when shortlisting from Portals, take reference from them. apart from job sites, check for other references through social networking sites, friends, previous office colleagues and others. analyze the criteria properly. look forward to have friendly rapport with shortlisted candidate profiles, convincing ability, clear communicating and quoting the best benefits they will get from the particular job and roles along with salary- benefits. hope some of these points will be helpful for you to take up this. keep going with good motivational spirit. As Recruitment is one of the challenging and head-hunting process.
