This is not the way to do it.
If you're in HR and you're an executive as you say, then you should know that nobody will give you their salary structure in a golden platter.
If you want to "compare" or benchmark your company's salary rates to other companies within or outside your industry, then you should buy a "compensation survey" data from reputable companies in your country.
Or, you may commission a survey, and/ or do it yourself.
By the way, if this post is part of your self-intiated compensation survey strategy, then go ahead. Tell me if many shared their salary structures with you.
If you can get TEN (10) companies to participate, then I am willing to help you prepare a comparative compensation matrix for FREE.
