For recruitment , on the job training is the most efficient tool according to me. Still I would request you to elaborate on the problems exactly faced by you.
Moreover in terms of communication , if you are feeling hesitant to talk to the candidates while on call, so it is a natural phenomenon as every recruiter initially faces this problem, just believe in yourself and have confidence, talk to the candidates , try to know their details as much as possible on call itself, this communication problem will get solved, with the advent of time.

1. As u know i didn\'t get proper recruitment training as it affect my productivity and time.
2. In communication. My biggest problem is feeling hesitate every time when i am speaking with candidate in english.Sometime i got blank or didn\'t get words in mind.
3. Due to some family responsibilities i need to work for my family staking my career and education so i started my career as a C.S.A. in A Cineplex in 2006. After completed my MBA in 2013,i started my HR career with a consultancy firm 7 month before.
4. I used to speak in english from last 7 month ago and i also done a short english speking course but didn\'t get any benefit from it or you can say only 10%.I don\'t have good written skills also.
These all are my problems. plz suggest me something.
