Hello everyone i am a fresher as far as the hr field is concerned; i have been working in international bpos for the past 3.5 years and just completed my pg in hr from symbiosis. i tried to get into generalist hr in some companies as a fresher but have not succeeded; i just got an opportunity to work as it recruiter trainee in a us based it corporate. i would be working as a trainee for 3 months and thereafter i would be designated as it recruiter in that company. could anyone please let me know what is the scope and career graph of an it recruiter? just supposing i am unable to get into the generalist role even later on what are the chances of climbing into the managerial cadre later on in this particular field of it recruitments? or are there none unless i have some experience of generalist profile? your suggestions and advices would be greatly appreciated.
