Hi
I need to design salary for MD & Director. He is going to be MD in one or Two cos. And director in another 3 companies. His salary in each company is 36 lacs pm. apart from this he is entitle for house, cars , Driver, PSO, Fuel, Maint., Cook, Domestic Help etc…
He is a foreigner and is on Indian board. Can anyone please design a package f that can ensure maximum take home, keeping in mind indian taxation laws.

You have already decided what is the package you are going to give to your expat director.

If you see the package, the tax benefits available on payment basis.
Following the same salary package out of 3600000.00 per annum, he will required to submit the bills INR 1820000.00 (INR 900000.00 Expenses reimbursements, INR 720000.00 House Rent Receipts, INR 200000.00 LT Bills ) into company accounts department.
For the accounts department:
Hectic process to process all bills and verifying them.
