Hiii Senior,
I have recently join a IT company as a HR executive.I am from recruitment background so i didnt have deep knowledge of HR generalist profile.
Problem is that I have to prepare a salary sheet of the month of Janurary 2014.so i need salary sheet format included working hour column.Because our company calculate salary on the basis of working hour in month.
Second problem is that it is a Five days working.so i am confuse to calculate salary on the basis of 30 days,26 day or 22 days month.
please help me I am facing problem.

Please try to update the following info, so that somebody can give best advice
1. Total number of employees
2. How do you get the number of worked days - do you take calendar days worked or use some formula (eg:- Total hours worked / 9)
3. Salary shall be payable always against the wage period - typically this shall be calendar month based (Jan, Feb, Mar...Dec)
4. If Loss of pay days are there then you need to deduct those many days' salary
5. How do you currently process payroll - manually using excel or use any software?

In our team we are 15 people that are working on new project.
our per day working are 9 hr.Means we have to do work 45 hr in a week.i-e in month we have to worked 180 hr.
We mainly use manual payroll system

I am waiting for ur reply senior atleast you shd give me suggestion.if you are unable than let me know i will not post any query in this side.how many times i have posted query but every time i disappoint. I am tired off this.why this side have query option if these senoir are able able resolve my issues.
