Would request you to please advise me in below of my situation -
I had spend over 7 years into recruitment (major into consultancy), from the last 2.4 years I was associated with a Bangalore based recruitment consultancy and I had left that company without any resignation (due to personal reason - as my father had gone thru with a major heart surgery and that cost of the surgery was over 5 Lac rupees, I had requested multiple times to my CEO to provide me a advance money as Loan / Salary but she has declined to help and she told that it's not in our policy and event I had asked my salary of that period of month as only 7 days was left in realising salary but she again decline that I will ask Account Manager if it can be done, but again after lot's of follow-ups but that day never come and salary has got credited after on their scheduled salary day, If a company can't help to a needy employee in his critical situation then how a employee can think to continue with the company ? So I had decided to move on and I had left that organization after two months of time without any resignation and notice period).
I know it will count a Absconding case from the company point of view but there was no other option for me, now days I am no more into recruitment business and I had changed my areas of expertise and moved into a new function.
Current Problem - I am following up with them to realised my PF amount from the last two month's but their account team asking for Reliving Letter, last month I had sent them a written hard copy of my resignation to Bangalore office and they have received that but they are saying that without Reliving they can't do anything, For reliving purpose I am following up with my CEO but she is not responding to my Call/SMS/Emails.
By next month the doctor has recommend a small surgery of my father and that's why I am following up for my PF amount of over 2.5 years.
I would be highly obligated if you could help me out in aforesaid situation.
