Assistance in reliving letter
Hi seniors need ur asst. in forllowing case: one of the employee left the co. on 2aug. and he send the resignation email on 5th of aug. his all dues are cleared. but his reliving letter was not issue & he is asking for reliving letter. how i can issue him reliving letter where he left the co. without intimating to hr and seniors and joined the new co. and after that he had send the resignation email. pls. suggest the on the same and also send me the formate of reliving letter in such a way that his carrer will not affect badly.:idea:

Dear sir. i have worked in a company from 10 august 2009 to 1st july 2013. when i was doing job there then everything was fine he was paying me the salary on time also. however when i resigned then he is not giving reliving letter. owner of company is saying that when i dindn\'t provide you appointment letter then how can i provide you reliving letter. i need your legal advice to get it done. please suggest me what should i do know so that i can get my reliving letter. regards rahul verma
Diffrence in reliving/experience letter
Dear all some one asked me that what is difference between reliving letter experience letter and acceptance of resignation? as per my knowledge i wanted to share with you all on this matter acceptance of resignation is that letter which speaks that your resignation has been accepted by the company but this doesn t mean that you have been relived. here comes reliving letter which contain that concern employee has handed over all charges of documents belongings drawings flies keys which employee posses during his/her tenure. and lastly experience letter speaks the year of exp. you have means letter contain date from joining to end. which is so called experience period.
Is submission of original reliving letter mandatory to a company
Dear all i was offered in a mnc software company as manager. but the offer letter in annexure 1 says i need to submit the original copy of the reliving letter from my most recent employer. they also say that they would return it back after three months. would request you to share your views is it a mandatory policy for any employer to deposit the new employees most recent reliving letter ? please advise regards shiv
