We are a start up company. We have created NDAs for our employees/interns/consultants on Rs.100/- bond paper. 1st page of NDA is a bond paper where we have mentioned company name and the name of the candidate with whom we are signing our NDA. Remaining pages of NDA are just the normal paper. Do we need to take a signature on each page of NDA? Do we need to review the document by any legal consultant/advocate?

Hi,
Congrates and all the best for starting a new company. Technically all pages of bond have to be initialed and the last page has to signed. However, executing a bond incase of breach is a tedious process even for big Companies. Anyways, any help u need for service tax and compliance related feel free to contact.
