Can someone tell me how does a recruitment process starts and ends in the small software companies and what are the steps in recruitment and selection process?
I also want to ask what is the average time required to complete the recruitment cycle once a position is open as this question is always asked in the interview and i couldn't able to answer this becoz i have no exp in HR...
