Hi,
I have used Peoplesoft, Saral, Sensys and Beehive softwares in my earlier companies. Out of this; Beehive software is one of the more User friendly and detailed software that I have come across. It should be fairly easy to compare each with any search engine.
It also depends on how many people and process that you wish to automate. Let me know if you need more details on any of the above.

Good Day,
I am Melvin and I run a small Manpower business. I am trying to build a Employee Database which would generate a salary slip on a monthly basis for my workers. A sample of my workers data sheet and salary sheet are as attached.
Appreciate if I could get some guidelines on how to go about it because currently it is time consuming and prone to errors when I try to make my workers salary sheet.
