ESI Contribution on total amount of Rs. 14000 +2500 =Rs.16500/- will be payable as per rates applicable i.e. @ 1.75% + 4.75%.
For clarification of relevant rules etc.,kindly refer to Section 2(9) of ESI Act, 1948 read with ESI (Central) Rule 50.
