Dear Yush,
Generally, when inspector visit your premises, him self provide the list of documents, which he needed to inspection, if in case, non one had attended him during his visit, then you may contact him or wait for inspection report, which mention the list of documents he needed.

After the inspection, the Insurance Inspectors (Social Security Officers) are expected to give two documents, viz., (i) Visit Note - recording the details of the documents verified and (ii) observation sheet, mentioning the amount of additional contributions payable by the establishment. The Inspectors also prepare a detailed Inspection/Enquiry Report to submit to the department, copy of which will not be given to the establishment. However, you can obtain it under the Right to Information Act.
