I have started a placement consultancy with not much difficulty. But the market is not encouraging & i do have much connections with companies so that i can place each and every candidates that comes to my office .I do not want to charge candidates for job but instead I want to get paid from the company itself.
So I am thinking of going for a Franchise option with an already Established/Reputed HR Placement Consultancy.
People are asking for huge amounts as franchisee fee which I will not be able to pay - I am very confused. Can anybody please help me in finding
1.Genuine Consultancy
2.A consultancy which do not charge or expect large amounts as a franchisee / licensee fee & really support me in doing business
