Hi Seniors,
I am working HR in consumer durable company and taking care Full & Final.
What we do if an employee resigned and left without submitting NO DUES form / without taking clearance with concern department. Even he has not claimed his Full & Final settlement.
What was the process to settle these type of cases.
Regards,
Ram Awatar

Dear Ram Awatar,
Greetings for the day ahead!!!
You must be having his contact details in your employee master.
Try all possible measures to contact him before you mark him absconding.
If he is not contactable even after all your efforts , mark him absconding and F& F pending.

Dear Ram,
Please make sure with the other departments if employee owes money from the company.
Based on the information you can make the Final Settlement ready and kept in the personnel file as pending. Attach a small Note, mention the incidence / reason of such behavior for future records. It will help your colleagues / management to respond him in your absence, in case, if employee comes back and claims for pending dues in future.
You probably have his family / relatives / friends contact details somewhere in your Employee Details Form / Joining Form / Application Form. Try to contact and explain them the seriousness of the case. If you will not get positive response than you can put his name for absconding / blacklist in immigration system.
