Hi , I have got 7 years of experience in IT . Recently joined top mnc and my BGV got failed due to some past small company experience. Now they asked me to resign and will only provide reliving letter, no service certificate. It is unfortunate that small company do exists and other persons BGV is getting cleared.
Now should I show this Wipro experience in future or what should I do , please suggest.
