The successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting, selling and closing accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.
Previous front office/reception experience is desirable although not essential, ideally in a hospitality/travel/tourism environment.
