Iam going to do PHD in HR and my topic is knowledge management.-'how to retain talent in organisation' .I have to prepare synopsis before start my research work , and on this I need your help as I am not aware of it .so plz suggest me how i prepare synopsis on this topic and what points should I cover while preparing it.

Please give more details about your background and where you intend to do your PhD and in what mode? Whichever university you are going to do your PhD in will give you the guidelines about the Synopsis and how it should be structured, etc.

First of all thank u for reply . I have completed my MBA in finance and hr as a dual specialization in 2009. After successfully qualifying the exam called CET -2012 conducted by RML AWADH UNIVERSITY, FAIZABAD I got an apportunity to purse PHD in HR .
According to its norms I have to submit synopsis on self selected topic first and after its approval I'll be provided with the guide for further research work.
I am doing this from MJP ROHILKHAND UNIVERSITY, , Bareilly. As I selected a topic mentioned in previous talk I need ur guidance in preparing my synopsis .
