If a small company does not provide PF and all and also not deducting a taxes of their employees, can also follow the Flexi salary structure?
Suppose there is 10-15 employee are working and few are paying their TDS themselves. Can a company make individual flexy salary structure which gives employees lots of benefits? "Employee friendly salary structure" is valid?
