Hi I Would like to know what are the ways a company can register for EPF. Since it is a small company with three employees how it can process?

Hi If employees are less that 10 then you can avail voluntary PF registration

Please let me know the process for the following
If an X company is taken over by Y company, all the employees of X moved to Y, then some of the employees transferred their PF account to Y company. Now an employee want to leave the organization i.e., Y company, Its been only 3 months that merging has been done.
What is the process and forms required .
Whether he has to withdraw with old one , because its already transferred then how it can be?
Please let me know, its bit urgent

Hi Ms. Priya
If any organisation doesn't fall for mandatory registration with any organisation such as ESI/PF then they can enroll voluntarily. That is called as voluntary registration. Both the process remains same the process, documentation as well as contribution

1) Please confirm if the employees who are planned to leave had been transferred formally & submitted the relevant documents? If at all transferred then you need not to withdraw the old contribution. He/She can apply for claims from current organisation
If not done PF transfer then you have have to withdraw from Old & new organisations.
