thanks for your kind help. hiring in our organization vary from time to time. but taking last year hiring as an example we hire 375 candidates and process about 5500 applications. so please do advise.

recruitment cost is divided into two part
for fresher = Food Exp+Transportation Exp+Accommodation Exp+Other Misc Exp
For Experience = Job portal + relocation + recruitment consultation + advertisement + Relocation expenses + ( if replacement case - extra amount which we have paid )
