Hi all,

My name is Svetla Markova, I am one of the founders of the employee engagement platform Deed.

We are doing a research on what type of engagement activities and what factors trigger higher engagement in employees and are seeking for 5 companies in India who would like to get a free 2-month trial of Deed platform and help us carry out this research.

Profile of companies who may apply:

* Employees: 100-1000

* Area of business: any business sphere that includes working on a computer most of the time

* Environment: willing to use a web-based solution for team engagement

* Involvement needed: 1-2 hours weekly for 1 person (to release and administer/monitor the challenges), 10-20 mins weekly per employee joining the engagement activities.

Deed (www.ideedit.com) is a gamified platform for employee engagement based on challenges, with 100+ ready ideas for employee engagement activities contributed by engagement practitioners.

We have telecoms, call centers, software and non-software tech companies using the platform.
So far, they are mostly launching for their teams:
- knowledge sharing, innovation, improvement ideas challenges
- team bonding challenges
- corporate social responsibility challenges
Most companies use ready ideas from our catalog, others use the catalog just for inspiration and create their own activities. You can see the catalog ideas if you sign a free trial, so far they are open to trials.
We have so far observed that best engagement results get achieved when management shows commitment to the engagement activities, and is also joining them, along with the team. But also small rewards for the best performers in each activity boost results a lot.
Hope this is valuable info. We have some case studies in the pipeline to get published, if this is interesting to the community I will post them here mid of next week.
