Hi all,

My name is Svetla Markova, I am one of the founders of the employee engagement platform Deed.

We are doing a research on what type of engagement activities and what factors trigger higher engagement in employees and are seeking for 5 companies in India who would like to get a free 2-month trial of Deed platform and help us carry out this research.

Profile of companies who may apply:

* Employees: 100-1000

* Area of business: any business sphere that includes working on a computer most of the time

* Environment: willing to use a web-based solution for team engagement

* Involvement needed: 1-2 hours weekly for 1 person (to release and administer/monitor the challenges), 10-20 mins weekly per employee joining the engagement activities.

Deed (www.ideedit.com) is a gamified platform for employee engagement based on challenges, with 100+ ready ideas for employee engagement activities contributed by engagement practitioners.

Please PM me if interested so I can send the complete proposal. Thank you in advance!

Svetla

Dear Svetla,
Thankyou for sharing. This looks like a massive opportunity for those who may avail it.
Can you share any live case without disclosing the names and identities ? I am curious to know about them.

Dear Svetla
Please let me know the email address on which I can interact with you. I am working in HR and specifically in Employee Engagement section. I would first like to understand this before taking a decision.
Regards

Hi
thanks to everyone who got back to me regarding this opportunity. Still having a few more slots for joining the research, so please get in touch if interested.
We have the first few studies from our customers published here
https://www.ideedit.com/casestudies
Hope they will help you figure out how the platform is used for engagement of teams. We have more accounts working with the platform but we'll be publishing case studies for those where we see the first results showing up.
Greets,
Svetla
