Resignation through email - will my mail resignation be acceptable or they may create an issue?
Hi my company got a new portal for employees' resignation and i have sent resignation mail to my company. their portal is not working. when i try to contact itservicedesk then no one sends me a response at the proper time. they want to retain me. will my mail resignation be acceptable or they may create an issue with this later on. already 2 months have passed and one month left in the organization.
Notice period
Dear seniors i am neetha and i am working for a it company. there is one issue that has to be solved. one of our senior employee has given the resignation but our directors have not accepted the resignation yet. i would like to know whether the concerned person has to serve the notice period on the basis of date of resignation or from the date of acceptance. please seniors help me to sort out this issue. thanks & regards neetha

Employee appreciated for performance but after resignation terminated cting performance issue.
Hello seniors an employee resigned from a startup of 5 team size as management was pressurising to work on lower payout. after resignation the management declined the resignation and started writing performance issue related emails and then issued show cause for nonperformance. employee responded to the show cause but in response company terminated him saying response is unsatisfactory. now company has not paid salary for 2months including time before resignation and not responding to employee emails now. what can employee do in this case... please guide?

Hi i am working in company b as a contractor from company a. in company b i have been working for 3 years in the last 6 months i am working on a new role for which i do not have adequate experience to handle. currently i am in a difficult situation where i am being held responsible by my supervisor who is not understanding my situation and is uncooperative for some issue for which i am not a root cause of. i have decided to quit from my company b and my parent company are not very supportive. even if i explain the problemthey are not ready to take me back because they don t want to lose the income. so i want to quit from my parent company itself. this issue happened last week i am planning to submit my resignation this week would there be any problem from my supervisor in company b in doing so ? will he withheld my resignation. if so how shall i get my resignation.
