Dear all,
I am working in an organization with employee\'s strength almost 8000+ we daily receive 2 to 3 resignation manually written on pa paper page.
Anybody who can advises how can I make this resignation process computerized?
As per my knowledge i think we will make a link on our organization web portal everybody having his login already , employee will fill that reaignation form and will forward to his manager or section incharge, after manager comments on it manager will forward it to Hr, what do u think the idea is applicable or not ?

Hi, Do you have an HRMS in place. Typically good HRMS has exit management also. I know of one. Let me know if you need any help. Monika

Dear Monika, I discuss this idea with my manager and i got remarks from him " you want to show how can employee’s leave organization easily" So it was actually a bad idea . Regards Hassnain
