Hi all, I am working in a company as Business Development Manager Our company hired 30 computer from a company on monthly rental. we signed a agreement about these computers from the company. Now there computers are not working properly from last 3 months and we are not paying them computer rent from last 2 months. we said them to service the computer but they denied saying first clear the bill. Can anyone tell me how to end this agreement because their computers are not working and they are adding rent for every day. Please seniors help me on this topic

Dear R.S Biyagrh,
Before giving our opinions, we need to know the provisions of the contract. Who was to provide the services in case of breakdown? Was it the service provider's responsibility? How many computers are not working? Why are they not working? What is the frequency of breakdown? Are the certain faults recurring? Is it hardware problem or software problem? Have you maintained the proper logs?
Is there any clause in the agreement that says that the payment of monthly rental is linked to the serviceability of the computers?
Please provide more information.
