Dear all members, My question is not regarding any company policy or any legislation, on to date, I'm 4th sem. student of my MBA(HR). there's no opportunity 2 get a job from my institution. I need to take suggestions to all HR professionals about my career in the HR field.
What should I do or what do I need to improve my skill which I need or will require as HR Manager. I did my project on "JOB EVALUATION" please suggest to me some working areas upon which I work & which is most appropriate or effect full 4 my resume. Please please help me out with this problem, I'm your's past.

hi don’t depress that u r in hr is a good commanding work if u add IR to he will be more strong when u will have bright feature.. regds
