Hello Everyone!
My name is Amisha and i am the Marketing person for the NGO SEVA (devoted to saving tigers & mother nature) we are in association with N.G.O’s for SAVING TIGERS, we will be donating a certain percentage from sales of t-shirts to buy necessary equipments such as trap cameras, rescue- cars, motor bikes, etc to help on the ground –level, for the N.G.O’s who are trying so hard in the forests..
We have come up with new brand of eco-friendly t-shirts It is a brand ,first in its kind to create awareness in art form and messages on t-shirts in 100%- cotton.We sell our t-shirts online on ebay.in,naaptol,shoppee ,shop clues and various other portals.we had started by making 500 tees and by doing various exhibitions we sold all.meanwhile we had approached bank to give us loan for making more tees but we have not got the loan.
So we are facing the problem of how to make the tees and how to go about running our ngo as its new and it requires money.right now its me and my boss who are trying to work hard but we need volunteers to help us.we wanted to start the campaign of planting trees in the housing societies but we are lacking manpower and funds.we have not yet started taking donations as we belive we should do some work and then let people donate.
To make money i told my boss to take up corporate orders for promotional tees,we do not have our own manufacturing unit but i know how to get the tees made..so my questions is how can i approach the big compaines for corporate gifting or to make promotional tees for their company..i have experience as i had taken up orders from hotels like royal orchid,travelagency,event co.
So please let me know how can i approach the big companies
