Hii All,
I am currently building a very generic module on Communication Skills & Email Etiquettes to be conducted at an Executive level.
Request you to share their ideas, stories, modules to me.

It is also good for training people as they are asking questions and giving pointers.
I am using all that to train and encouraging discussion with college, community and office people.
It is nice for training.
Also more presentations there on communication professional level, and body language which Andy sir has shared.

This is a very good presentation.
I wish to add the following comments.
Slide no 6 last point
In general any information that is exchanged for carrying out business.
Slide no 11 third point
Instead of BY PASSING FORMAL....... it should be PASSING THROUGH ALL...........
Slide no 12 last point
Sometimes it is necessary to begin with subjective information to explain data.
Slide no 16 title
The title should read Effect of blocked communication in OFFICE / BUSINESS and not Organs.
