Chaitanya Lal
Hi, I want to know the scope of SAP HR as there are not too many companies presently implementing it fully or partially. Do u think it is worth going for certification as there are huge costs incurred? Thanking you in anticipation.

Hi Chaitanya,
I don't think in this present day Bhoom of IT's & BPO's, companies would much think about the cost, now adays companies are focussing more on Stremlining the bussiness Processes with different ERP's.
So it would defienitly be an advantage to the Present & future SAP Learners.
This is my end state of feeling. I welcome any comments if required on this.

Hai Chaithanya
According to my knowledge ...i dont think so that there is any scope for SAP HR as a fresher.
You will implemented the SAP in the companies after 2-3 years of experiance.
Many of my friends have done SAP HR but they did not get job on SAP atlast they joined as a recruiter.
SAP will be usefull after getting experiance

Shilpa good that you have a different point of view.
I guess we were also talking about companies implementing SAP.
Experience is something nowadays any company demands for every position. Yes it is mandatory that companies recruit only Experienced persons for SAP, I think that is were the logic is for any position.

Dear chaitanya
As per my knowledge , its really good to learn in all aspect of Sap - Hr.
But waht i feel is having functional experience minimum of 3 - 5 years
and then learning the Sap - Hr is a good decision where u can able to implement and able to understand the Procedures of the Functional areas & u can easily excel in your career .

Hi all according to me, it is not mandatory for all , but having knowledge and experience in SAP indeed it is giving some virtual weight in your career. There is no doubt now day as business is splitting out with hugely more then one particular line, there would be requirement of SAP .
So do not take it as fresh but after obtaining certain years of experience go for this specialization , then you will be specialized.

hai this is Arvind. i actualy disagree with the statements SAP-HR with exp. because even with 3-6 yrs exp people find it difficult to get a job in SAP so never blame exprience, yes it is an extra addvantage for people who are not the best in the way the very best. but if one does not get job as a fresher. never blame exprience. it means you or not the best try being the best or search a company which things you are the best .

hi all, I have a small doubt. Some are saying SAP + Experience is an added advantage. As a Fresher the jobs in HR field are as recruiters. Will this Experience be helpful?
