I am passout of this year only,i have joined a company compitior of Muthoot Finance and they having only strength of 15 employee,i am first HR THERE and they appointed me as HR Manager.
I have implemented Competency Mapping,Manual ,and prepare evrything like appointement order,offer letter,
Can you please suggest me what can i do more things and what is daily work of HR IN Finance company.
What Can i implement newly,and can i implement time and machine study in finance company.

Yes you can implement, That is good for your monthly record where you can take all the employee data on monthly basis.
You can do some monthly get-together or staff welfare (Like some party on monthly basis or by some occasionally).
You have to keep staff birthday list and keep some surprise party or cake cutting on monthly basis.
