Hi,
Can I know the salary for a PG in HR field,because I find UG and PG gets the same salary. Does higher education really needed?
I have pursued M.A.HRM, currently I am working as Business Analyst and a little of hr work in an IT company, taking this as an additional qualification.
Just awaiting for a career in HR, I expect 12-15k salary. My current salary is 9k, but companies look at the current salary and offer the same or lower than the current salary.
Kindly help me.

a person with related qualification will have confidence and self satisfaction than
a non professional.Your experience with qualification will certainly help you
to get better placed if not now but at any time later in your career.

Salary is commensurate with experience. competencies, responsibilities and accomplishments of an employee. For example a graduate manager may get more salary than a PG management trainee since he has more experience and skills than a management trainee. However a PG qualification is desirable for a fresher or even for a working professional as it provides a conceptual understanding of the relevant function and provides a launching pad to move ahead in the career and to be perceived as academically qualified complete professional in his community of professionals.In this knowledge based corporate functioning, a qualification combined with experience is perceived as a measurement of sound knowledge.Do do not neglect to acquire a qualification. wherever posiible
