HI ALL,
WISHING YOU A VERY WONDERFUL YEAR AHEAD.
Please help me to getting more clarity on below matter
1.people going for maternity leave whether compulsory we have to pay maternity bonus Rs 3500?
2.If the person drawing more than 10000 whether she is eligible for bonus Rs 3500?
3.is there any difference between maternity bonus as well as payment of bonus act? why i m asking means if the employee drawing less than 10000 at the same time going for maternity so we have to pay 2 times bonus?

Maternity Bonus is entirely is different from Regular Bonus which payable under Payment of Bonus Act. Regards - kamesh
