please alter the insert data sheet ..
all the things in will be automatically update in master sheet and status update.
then you have to just update leave record in monthly sheet ...
in status sheet you can change the employee code by drop down menu and you will get updated data for that employee
same in status sheet you will get updated data by changing month (drop down )

Thanks for the clarification. It works well. Earlier you had mentioned that data can be entered for 10 persons. Just wanted one last clarification as to whether this number can exceed 10 persons. In other words can data be entered for more than 10 persons.
Our is a Manufacturing co. & also with Sales & Service staff at branches
(all over permanent + probation Emp = ~ 100)
And the types of Leave's are:-
1. CL/SL - Casual Leave
2. EL - Earned Leave
3. OT - Over Time
4. CO - Comp Off
5. SPL - Spl Leave
6. H- Holidays
7. P - Present
8. OD - Out Duty
COA, COR column not needed.
no any special configuration require,
i have prepared that one in office 2010. please try on that.
or do one thing go on file and do save as 2003 mode you will get better view(if you are not using windows 7)
