Dear All, One company has multiple location. Employees can be transfered from one location to another location.
Company can pay Bonus to the employees from his current location or Company has to pay bonus as per his location wise. For example
if one employee has worked for 3 months at Location A and 9 months at Location B. Then Bonus payment for Location A has to be paid from Location A for 3 months and for last 9 month from Location B. OR Company can pay 12 month bonus from his last location B ?
In FORM C also prepared as per payment or as per actual working location of employee?

How you maintain the salary register, location wise or centralised?
The same way you can maintain the Form C register. If you are maintaining it centralised, sort the data location wise and keep a copy of it at each location.

We are maintaining salary register location wise.
So we have to prepare Form C location wise ? OR We can prepare one FORM C for all location and ZEROX of that copy send to each location for factory record in case of factory inspectino or other statutory inspection ?
