What are the charges if I want to access their services for my requirements.

Hi: i am attaching a format wthat will help you.. Consultancy charges are always measured on Gross and not on Net and PF is not Included in the fees it would like this, All the Salary Components -Pf = Amt *8.33%

Rachna is right generally it goes with this rate but it varies from consultancy to consultancy.
I can suggest you some but only after knowing your requirement, as consultancy has their specializtion also.

I agree with Rachna as usually the charges are 8.33% of CTC. Also to ensure that the referred candidate stays with the company, there is a free replacement clause in the contract which says that the consultancy will provide a replacement of the refereed candidate without any charge if the referred candidate leaves the compay within say 1 or 2 or 3 months(depends on what the company and consultancy mutually agrees)

The fee , I pay for consultancy services is generally 10-15% on annual basic salary. I also have a clause that they will replace a candidate whithin the 3-6 month probation period should the candidate prove unsuitable.
Some companies demand a retainer but that is something that can be negotiated. I have paid 1 retainer fee so far ( in 30 years of HR) and that was based on a long term relationship with a consultancy that proved its metit.

I am a Sr Consultant with an International Project Company. We hope to recruit experienced Project managers/ Engineers and at least 130 other management staff from India. Mainly construction oriented.
The cities earmarked are Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkota, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore.
