I m working in a private logistic company as a Night Operation Head, i want to HR policy clearity, that how many days of leaves i can approve of my subordinates? Or can i approve the leaves of my subordinates without any other authority approval?

First, you need to read your HR policy manual or employee handbook to see what is allowed in your company.
Second, you need to check out what your company organisation structure is in terms of authority (to make decision) and responsibility.
These should tell you whether or not you are allowed to grant leave without approval of your managers in the hierarchy above your. In case of doubt, send an email to your HR team and ask what you can and can not do.
