In case of you are fill the workers details, you can add them details in Annexure II for missed employees details, Upload this file.
in portal:
first go to download
next download missing details (Annexure II)
click and download it

Now the EPF Portal also provides the facility of Uploading missing details. The option for downloading the file with missing details is available in Download option, with name "Download missing details (Annexure -II)". In this, the portal ask for providing the missing data of EPF Members. It is provided by the portal on periodic basis as per availability of data.
Keep checking this option and update the data timely.
