Hi Seniors I'm an MBA graduate majored in HR & Finance 2013 passed out Currently working as a HR in a PVT concern . At Present I got an opportunity In a well reputed concern as a Financial analyst. Now what field should I choose. And regarding the salary package If I continue in the same company I will get some increment by may 2014 and in the other company the package will be low than the salary what i will get on may - Guide me to make a wise decision
Finance itself also considered as part of HR Department. as now a days compensation and management policy do handled by Finance people. please make a move towards this. once you are accomplished in this field, can look for senior positions in HR department related to finance or other fields.its one of the brightest and good career oppportunity for you.

These decisions are to be taken by you only. At present you are in HR. If you are well equipped with the activities and able to handle the situation in a better way then you can continue in the same company. If you think that you are having strength in finance and familiar you can go to the other company. Just for the sake of money you should not take wrong decisions. You may ask for a better salary in finance when you are able to prove your worth. Once you get an experience either in HR or fiance then you have the option of demanding a better package and go high up in your career. Just for the sake of somebody telling you that this is good or the other one is good do not spoil yourself in your career and blame them. Seniors are experienced and they give their opinion only. It is upto you take a positive decision.
