Im currently doing an additional policy on car plan. Please help me on how to handle resigned employee with existing car plan
Most of the company's car provision is given only to the Top executive. Two types are there.
1. Company will provide the car and the concern person has to give it back at the time of resignation.
2. Car component is added in the ctc, once the entire loan amount is settled, the car will be given to the employee in their name (name transfer). if the executive wants to resign, he can take the car by paying the rest of the money or the car will be sold and the company will adjust the amount and pay the rest to the employee.
