as per your query firstly you have to register your company as principle employer in labour office ( RC) after that you can process contract labour licensce issuing form V to contractor.
in construction site you have to maintain register under contract labour Viz.: ( wages cum attendence , bonus, leave, deduction, damages, etc)
secondly safety register and BOCW lisence also need under that have to collect all names of contract employees, with fill forms and submit to labour office
