Dear Seniors
I have been appointed as a HR in a pvt concern and recently my MD asked me for an new format of appointment letter, I had completed it partly but now im in need of the salary breakups like LTA, PF and other allowances % calculation. So I need all your help to complete the task

Dear Sumikalp,
Salary structure has decided based on our company environment and for employee IT exception. Here some common components mentioned for your reference,
Salary Component => Basic - 35 to 40 % from CTC,HRA- 50% from basic,Travel Allowance,Children education,Food Allowance and etc.,
Benifits => PF - 13.61% from basic, ESI - 4.75 % from gross not exceed 15000/-, Reimbursement - for IT exemption
Oher Benifits => Gratuity - 4.8% from basic, Mediclaim insurance and etc.,
